C.S.R. – Technical specifications


Central station receiver – Technical specifications

The C.S.R. service in the Banká Bystrica region includes :

  • Connection of a PSN or EPS object to the C.S.R.of the private security service PATROL& GUARD
  • Monitoring of  a PSN or EPS object through C.S.R.
  • Telephonic warning in case of passiveness of PSN in a determined time
  • When C.S.R. receivers an alarm signal from PSN, the C.S.R. operator sends a riot squad which controls  the alarm signal, in case of violation of the object, when a criminal act is being or has been committed, they carry out all acts and measures in correspondence with the law Nr. 379/97 from Statute Book and Penal Code with its amendments.
  • Every client can contractually ask for a monthly review of events from his object which includes:
  • date, time, order, numbers of codes of all activations and deactivations of the PSN object,
  • date, time and space limitation of all alarm signals,
  • date, time and space limitation of all violations of the object with the report about the carried out operation/s/ and easurement/s/ of the riot squad,
  • date, time of divergences of the guarded work time,
  • date, time of black-outs,
  • date, time of controls of  periodic transmissions.
  • Every client can give a mandate to the members of the riot squad of the C.S.R. for solving extraordinary situations concerning entering the violated object by members of the riot squad without a contact person. This concerns a warranty for entering the object with the purpose of acting out an intervention.
  • Every client can contractually ask for physical controlling of the object during active PSN, agreed mobile observation of the object.
  • Every client can contractually ask for sending a riot squad through telephonic requirement, for an emergency button, for calling the fire brigade and for fire button or calling the ambulance with the help of a special button.
  • Every client can contractually ask for cumulating his postal deliveries, watering flowers, feeding a dog, etc.during his absence.

Connection of the system to the desk of C.S.R. through telephonic communicator
The equipment has a built-in digital telephonic communicator. The control of the telephone line happens once in 24 hours. Every message sent to the desk of C.S.R. is charged by  the Slovak Telecom as one impulse.

Connection of the system to the desk of C.S.R.through radio transmitter DTX
The control of connection happens once in 30 seconds. The sending of messages is cost free. The transmitter can be used also for sending messages to the desk of other security systems / max. 4 /. The condition for this is a connection of other security system to the transmitter via a 4- cored cable.
